Patek Philippe St. George & the Dragon Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, movement No. 103591, case No. 217312. Made in 1895, sold on January 19, 1898. Very fine and very rare, Louis XV style, 18K yellow gold, keyless lady's pendant watch. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Four-body, Louis XV, the bezel cast and chased with the motto "Intempestate.Secvritas", the domed back cover decorated with a scene of St. George and the Dragon and the motto "S. Georgivs.Eqvitvm.Patronvs", the interior with a scene of Christ on a ship in a rough sea. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Gilded "cartouche", chased with scrolls, radial blue Roman numerals on oval white enamel reserves, outer white enamel minute ring with blue dot and baton markers. Blued steel Louis XV hands. M. 12''', frosted gilt, 17 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, straight line lever à moustache, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Cuvette signed, movement numbered. Diam. 33 mm.
