Patek Philippe Split-Seconds for Tiffany & Co. Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 197584. Made for Tiffany & Co. in 1920, sold on November 3, 1921. Very fine, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch with splitseconds chronograph. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

Four body, demi-bassine, solid, polished, curved bezel, concealed hinge, button at 11 for the split-seconds with locking bolt, button in the crown for the start/stop and return-to-zero function of the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with bold radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second divisions, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel poire hands. M. Cal. 16''' Extra, maillechort, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, calibrated straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial signed Tiffany & Co., case and movement also signed Patek Philippe & Co. Diam. 44 mm.
