Four-body, polished and brushed, the front with blue enamel around a fl oral diamond set design, the back with blue enamel surrounded by an engraved fl oral pattern and a fl oral center, the front and back covers opened by dual button mechanism. D. White enamel with black Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued-steel Breguet hands. M. Frosted gilt movement, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, fl at balance spring, index regulator. Case signed Patek Philippe and Shreve, Boston, case stamped. Diam. 40 mm.
