Notes

The watch comes from a small series of lever chronometers submitted by the company to the Geneva Timing Contests between 1925-1930. The two preceding watches, with identical movements, were entered into the 1926 contest. The first one, which won first prize, was subsequently purchased by Henry Graves, Jr., and is now on display in the Patek Philippe Museum. See also lot No 592. For a note concerning the Guillaume balance, see lot 5.
