PATEK PHILIPPE MINUTE REPEATING SPLIT SECONDS CHRONOGRAPH Patek, Philippe & Co, Geneva, Switzerland, No. 197771, case No. 409872. Made in 1924, sold on November 19th, 1926. Very fine and very rare, minute-repeating, keyless, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with split-seconds chronograph and register. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe box and the Extract from the Archives.

Four-body,?bassine?, solid, polished, the back cover with a blue and red champlevé enamel monogram, co-axial button in the crown for start/stop chronograph function, curved rectangular pusher on the band for the split-seconds function, locking bolt at 11 o'clock, concealed hinge. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Matte gilded with black champlevé Paris numerals, outer minute and 1/5 seconds track with Arabic 5-minute/seconds numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds and 30-minute register. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 17''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 40 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. Diam. 47 mm.
