PATEK PHILIPPE CHRONOGRAPH RETAILED BY RODANET A.H. Rodanet, Paris, No. 13667, case No. 16047, the movement by Patek, Philippe & Co., Geneve. Made circa 1890. Very fine, 18K yellow gold, keyless pocket watch with chronograph. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe fitted box.

C. Four-body, "bassine," polished, the back with engraved with a foliate monogram, co-axial button in the crown for start/stop and return-to-zero functions of the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette engraved "Montre de Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve, 8949". D. White enamel with Arabic numerals, outer minute track and fi fths of a second divisions with fi ve-second Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds. Gold spade hands. M. 43 mm, matte gilt, 21 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, visible chronograph work. Dial signed Patek Philippe & Cie and A.H. Rodanet, cuvette similarly signed. Diam. 51 mm.
