PATEK PHILIPPE TWENTY DOLLAR COIN WATCH ? BREGUET DIAL Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, retailed by Astrua, Torino, movement No. 860903, case No. 506748. Made in 1938, sold on March 15th, 1941. Very fine and very rare, 22K gold keyless watch, concealed in a United States Twenty Dollars coin dated 1904. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

M. 9???, rhodium plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm.
