PATEK PHILIPPE, THE HARPIST Patek, Philippe & Cie., Genève, movement No. 145571, case No. 260199. Made circa 1908. Very fine and rare, 18K gold and rose-cut diamond-set keyless lady's pendant watch.
C. Four-body, "bassine", matte back, the front cover decorated with a chased scene in relief of a a classical lady playing the harp, the top and base set with rose-cut diamonds, outer border with raised stylized leaf pattern and set with four rose-cut diamonds. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Gold feuille hands. M. 12???, frosted gilt, 15 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with fl at balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case cuvette and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm.
