Made for Gondolo & Labouriau, Relojoeiros, Rio-de-Janeiro, in 1909, sold on August 20th, 1909. Fine and rare, silver and pink gold, keyless pocket watch. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Four body, bassine, polished bezel and band, engine-turned back, pink gold hinges, collar and hand-setting button. Hinged silver cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute track and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold spade hands. M. 20???, gilt brass, 15 jewels, wolf ?s tooth winding, straight line lever escapement à moustaches, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, index regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. DIAM. 53 mm.

Patek silver Chronometro Gondolo?s are particularely rare. Interestingly they are complimented by beautiful pink gold accents on the bow, hinges and crown. The last one offered for sale by Antiquorum was in 1999 at the Art of Patek Philippe sale, an incredible 13 years ago
