Notes

The Extract from the Archives confirms that this watch was sold on 3rd March, 1915. The enamel dial with Roman numerals, Ultra-Thin movement and case with engine-turned back and engraved initials ELV are also confirmed. It is very unusual to find a thin Chronometro Gondolo the movement of which differs from the usual Gondolo specifications. It is likely that this was by special request of Dr. Velloso for whom the watch was made.
