PATEK PHILIPPE MADE FOR GONDOLO & LABOURIEN, RIO DE JANEIRO Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, Chronometro Gondolo, No. 176300, case No. 277890. Made circa 1914. Very fine, large, 18K yellow gold, keyless pocket watch.

Four-body, "bassine", polished, engine-turned case back with a round plaque in the center, hinged gold cuvette with inscription. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with 5-minute Arabic markers, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Gold spade hands. 47 mm. (21'''), gilt brass, wolf's tooth winding, straight-line moustache lever escapement, blued steel Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
