Notes

Dial signed Patek Philippe & Co., case signed A.W.C.Co. DIAM. 51 mm. The movement of this watch although unsigned is very high-grade and certainly equal to Patek Philippe standard. However, the numbers of the watch do not correspond to any watch in the Patek Philippe archives and therefore the dial signature must be considered erroneous. The American Watch Case Co. was founded in 1893 in New York by Henry Oppenheimer and only made cases in solid 14K or 18K gold.
