Four-body, "bassine," polished, the back with engraved monogram "JFT", co-axial button in the crown for start/stop and return-to-zero functions of the chronograph, bolt at 1 o'clock to lock the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette with engraved dedication. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second divisions with red five-second Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel spade hands. 17''', rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 21 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, visible chronograph work.
