Fine and rare, 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch. Accompanied by a Certificate of Identification from Patek Philippe Service Center, Japan.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped inclined bezel, snap on case back. Brushed silver with black champlevé baton indexes and applied yellow gold Arabic quarter-hour numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold baton hands. 17''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, stamped twice with the seal of Geneva quality mark, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
