Four-body, bassine, polished, snap-on back. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with black dauphine numerals, outer minute track with gold-painted Arabic five-minute numerals, subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold Louis XVI hands. 17''', one-quarter-plate caliber "ultra thin", nickel, fausses-côtes decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.

A clean and well-preserved example of a Patek Philippe minute-repeater for the American market. The Extract from the Archives confirms the date of manufacture as 1890 with enamel dial with dauphine numerals, pink gold case and ultra-thin movement of one-quarter-plate caliber.
