White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute track and subsidiary seconds, inscribed "Alcina Pires". Gold Louis XV hands. 12''', gilt brass movement with a gold wheel train, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement à moustaches, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with a Patek Philippe patented micrometric cam index.
