Very fine and rare, keyless, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with chronograph and pulsometer graduation. Accompanied by the extract from the archives.

Four-body, "bassine" polished, the back cover with engraved central monogram, co-axial button in the crown for the start/stop and return-to-zero functions of the chronograph, bolt at 11 to lock the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute and fifths of a second chronograph rings, red tachometer scale graduated for 30 pulsations and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel spade hands. 18", nickel plated, fausses cotes decoration, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement à moustache, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, Patek Philippe patented micrometric cam index, chronograph with visible work.
