PATEK PHILIPPE DRESS WATCH YELLOW GOLD Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 881302, case No. 624806. Made circa 1940. Very fine, 18K gold keyless dress pocket watch.
Three-body, bassine, polished, the back with engine-turned line decoration. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary sunk seconds dial. Yellow gold feuille hands. 17''', rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, stamped twice with the seal of Geneva quality mark, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjustmented to heat, cold, isochronisms and five positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
