Four-body, forme collier, polished bezel, reeded band, engine-turned back with small off-center oval with engraved monogram, polished edge, co-axial button in the crown for the start/stop and return-to-zero functions of the chronograph, slide at 11 o'clock to lock the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette. Pink gold with brushed chapter ring, painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track with fifths of a second chronograph divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel spade hands. 20```, rhodium plated, fausses-côtes decoration, 31 jewels, wolf`s tooth winding, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.

The case is made of heavy pink gold and is "Empire" in style as opposed to the usual "bassine" type. The dial is also unusual in pink gold and the movement of very high finish.
