Very fine and very rare, Art Deco, rectangular, platinum and 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a later Patek Philippe box and Extract from the Archives.

Two-body, solid, polished, hinged case back, bezel and sides decorated with chased foliate scrolls, hooded stepped lugs with a platinum line. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold baton hands. Cal. 10''', gilt brass, 15 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, moustache straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance-spring, index regulator.
