PATEK PHILIPPE ENAMEL DIAL YELLOW GOLD Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 181619, case No. 285383. Made in 1918, sold on April 19th 1920. Very fine and rare, cushion shaped, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18k yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by the extract from the archives.
Three-body, solid, polished, straight lugs, snap-on case back White enamel with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel hands. Cal. 11 ¾```, gilt brass, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement "à moustache," cut bimetallic balance, 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring.
