PATEK PHILIPPE MINUTE REPEATER YELLOW GOLD Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, case No. 47300, made for A.H. Rodanet, constructeur de chronomètres, Paris, No. 2866. Made in 1872. Fine 18k yellow gold, hunting cased, keyless minute repeating pocket watch. Accompanied by a copy of the Patek Philippe registers confirming the sale to Rodanet for CHF 1055 in 1873.

Four body, massive, bassine, polished, gold hinged cuvette engraved with the Rodanet signature. White enamel, with Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel spade hands. 19''', nickel plated, fausses côtes decoration, 32 jewels, counterpoised, wolf's tooth winding, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band.
