Very fine and rare, chromium-plated keyless "EXTRA" adjusted deck lever Chronometer with Guillaume balance and stop feature destined for Observatory Timing Contest in original fitted wooden box. Accompanied by the extract from the archives.

Three-body, drum type, polished, stop push-piece at 4 o'clock. Heavy, solid, matte silver, black painted baton indexes, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. 47 mm. (21'''), gilt brass, 21 jewels, movement double stamped with Geneva hallmark, wolf's tooth winding, straight-line calibrated lever escapement, anibal-brass Guillaume balance with special alloy Breguet balance spring having inner and outer terminal curves, "swan-neck" micrometric regulator.
