The Extract from the Archives, dated March 27, 2018, mentioned that this watch was sold on December 18, 1919. 18K yellow gold, hunting-case, keyless-winding, round-shaped, pocket watch, hinged case-back, subsidiary seconds at 9 and two horological complications: 1/5 second chronograph (activated by the round push-piece located on the winding-crown), Instantaneous 30-minute recorder (subsidiary dial at 3 o'clock). Movement sed on the French invention paten.. 142 376, delivered on April 16, 1881, to Jean-Adrien Philippe (1815-1894), Geneva, for a "régulateur de precision" (precision-regulating device for fast / slow by means of an eccentric snail).
