M. 42 mm (19''') nickel, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 21 jewels, anibal-brass Guillaume balance with special alloy Breguet balance spring, "swan-neck" micrometric regulator, engraved twice with the serial number, gold train.Dial, case and movement signed. This is one of the earliest Patek Philippe watches equipped with Guillaume balance.
