Kept in excellent overall condition, this is a very rare example of a platinum open face Patek Philippe dress watch. Not only is the middle case set with sapphire diamonds but more surprisingly the bow as well. The bezel is rimmed with a blue enamel ring making this example an amazing example of Art Deco design.
