Notes

Presented to Wilfred Smith, winner of the personal achievement campaign in 1939, this beautiful 2 tone gold case must have been quite a prize back in 1936. Exhibiting a beautiful stepped lugs, the case shows little wear as evidenced by the 2 crisp gold hallmarks to the side of the oversize case for its time. The dial despite some light oxydation shows nicely raised enamel to the track and the signature and is believed to be the only example known on the market to this day.
