Case-back polished and engraved in taille-douce (fine-cut) with the cypher “C L”; gold cuvette (dome).

White enamel dial, with suspended “Breguet” numerals; yellow gold “Louis XV” hands.

Movement 12’’’, gilded brass, going barrel, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensated balance with gold poising screws and blued steel flat hairspring, polished steel index-regulator.
