18K pink gold, manual-winding, vertical rectangular-shaped, lady’s wristwatch with diamond-set and ruby-set hinged cover, snap-on case-back; concealed pink colour dial with applied gold indexes; cover set with 29 brilliant-cut diamonds and 8 brilliant-cut rubies (mounted on platinum or white gold); the cover opens at 12 o’clock.
