King Jan Sobieski Patek, Philippe & Co., W GENEWIE, No. 19893, made for the Polish market in 1861 and sold on September 23, 1862. Fine and rare 18K gold and enamel hunting-cased lady?s pendant watch in original leather fitted box, accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Four-body, ?bassine et filets?, the front finely engraved and filled with a black champlevé enamel portrait of King Jan III Sobieski, engine-turned border, the back engine-turned with an oval enameled element in the center, gold hinged cuvette. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, secured by two small screws. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 29 mm. (13???), Cal. 4, frosted gilt, hanging barrel, cylinder escapement, three-arm gilt balance with flat balance spring. Signed on the cuvette in Polish. Diam. 33 mm.
