Patek, Philippe & Cie. Genève, No. 184390, case No. 501021, WYKONANY NA ZAMÓWIENIE FIRMY L.M. LILPOP w Warszawie in 1914, sold to L.M. Lilpop on Feb. 7, 1916. Very fine and rare 14K gold keyless watch with unusual dial, accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Four-body, ?bassine pomme? with convex bezels, applied gold initials ?AS? on the back, fluted band, gold hinged cuvette. D. Gold, matte, white enamel cartouches for bold blue Roman numerals, outer blue dot minute divisions on small white enamel ring, subsidiary sunk seconds, center chased and engraved with leaf rosette. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 40 mm. (18???), Cal. 21o, nickel, ?fausses côtes? decoration, 15 jewels, straight line ?moustache? lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance spring. Signed on dial, case and movement. Diam. 50 mm.
