A very fine and extremely rare, 18k pink gold, manual wind open-face, keyless-winding, pocket chronometer lever escapement (a moustache), compensated crank balance, free-sprung cylindrical hairspring with subsidiary seconds at 6; White enamel dial with suspended Roman numerals; blued steel “Spade” hands.
