Patek, Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 137720, case No. 244984, made for Shreve Crump & Low, Boston Massachusetts, circa 1905. Very fine 18K gold minute-repeating keyless watch with split-seconds chronograph.
C. Four-body, "bassine", polished, hinged gold cuvette with dedication inscription. D. White enamel, Breguet numerals, outer minute/seconds track with five-minute/seconds red Arabic markers, sunk subsidiary seconds, gold "Louis XV" hands. M. 38 mm (17''', nickel, "fausses côtes" decoration, 36 jewels, calibrated straight line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance spring, "swan-neck" micrometric regulator, split-seconds mechanism under the dial, repeating on gongs through slide in the band.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 45 mm
