Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 183117, case No. 287694. Completed in 1919, sold on July 10, 1924. Very fine and rare, large, rectangular curved, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch . Accompanied by the "Extract from the Archives".
C. two body, solid, polished, hinged case back, "bombé" bezel and crystal, straight lugs, gold screwed bars. D. matte silver with bold radium-coated Arabic numerals. Radium-coated "Spade" hands. M. 11''' 3/4, rhodium-plated, gold train of wheels, 18 jewels, lever escapement "à moustaches", cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with Patek Philippe micrometric index patented on 13 January 1891.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 30 x 51 mm.
