Patek, Philippe & Cie., Genève, No.124526, case No. 277524, made for Tiffany & Co. New York, circa 1905. Very fine and small 18K gold minute-repeating keyless dress watch with split-seconds chronograph, accompanied by fitted box.
C. four-body, "bassine", polished, back with engraved monogram, hinged gold cuvette with dedication. D. white enamel, Breguet numerals, outer minute/seconds track, red Arabic five-minute/seconds markers. Gold "Spade" hands. M. 36 mm (16''', nickel, "fausses côtes" decoration, 33 jewels, calibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, "swan-neck" micrometric regulator, Breguet balance spring, eight adjustments, chronograph mechanism on the back plate, split-seconds mechanism under the dial, repeating on gongs through activating slide in the band.Cuvette and movement signed, dial signed by the retailer.Diam.45 mm.
