Extremely fine and rare 18K gold keyless, astronomical, minute-repeating pocket watch with perpetual calendar, phases of the moon and split-seconds chronograph. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Four-body, "bassine", polished, concealed hinges, gold hinged cuvette, chronograph safety bolt at 11 o'clock. D. White enamel, Breguet numerals, outer minute track, outermost fifth-second chronograph divisions with five-minute/seconds Arabic markers, three subsidiary sunk dials for days of the week, phases of the moon aperture with moon's age, date, months, and date concentric with subsidiary sunk seconds. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. 42.8 mm (19'''), maillechort, "fausses côtes" decoration, 39 jewels, 8 adjustments, straight line calibrated lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance spring, "swan-neck" micrometric regulator, repeating on gongs through activating slide in the band.Signed on dial, case and movement.Diam. 50 mm.
