Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 853667, retailed by Guillermin & Mollet, Paris, circa 1947.Very fine and unusual, 18K pink gold, sapphires and diamonds lady's bracelet-watch, with concealed dial, and articulated 18K pink gold two strand chain bracelet, in a desgin composed of numerous small fish scales each set at the centre with a sapphire.
C. French, two body, massive, polished, the cover and the lugs representing a stylized flower and set with10 baguette sapphires and 51 large round diamonds and some smaller ones. D. champagne with black enamelled Arabic numerals and indexes. "Bâton" pink gold hands. M. 8''', rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring.Dial and movement signed by Patek Philippe,case signed by Guillermin.Dim. 25 x 34 mm.Bracelet measuring approx. 175 mm.
