D. white enamel, Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions and chronograph scale, four subsidiary seconds for days of the week, days of the month, months in four year leap cycle and seconds concentric with aperture for phases of the moon with lunar calendar scale, Breguet blued steel hands. M. 19''', nickel, straight line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensatiobalance, Breguet balance spring, 33 jewels, entire escapement in endstones, same the top pivot of the fourth wheel, chronograph mounted on the back plate with blocking bolt in the band, all-or-nothing repeating mechanism striking on gongs and activated by a gold slide in the bandDial and movement signed, case stamped with Patek Philippe mark and logo.Diam. 54 mm
