Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 841993, case No. 633138. Manufactured circa 1945. Very fine, 18K yellow gold lady's bracelet-watch, with concealed dial, and articulated 18K yellow gold bracelet, decorated with 12 rows of three gold balls alternating with 12 "bombé" gold elements.
C. two-body, solid, polished, cover and lugs repeating alternatively the decoration of the bracelet. D. matte silver with painted Arabic numerals and indexes. Blued steel "Bâton" hands. M. 4 1/2''', baguette, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flatbalance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 15 x 25 mm. Approx. overall length 185 mm.
