Patek, Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 80257, case No. 200563, made for Bailey, Banks & Biddle, Philadelphia, circa 1890. Fine 18K gold, keyless minute-repeating lady’s pendant watch.

C. Four-body, “bassine”, polished with engraved monogram on the back, gold hinged cuvette. D. White enamel, radial Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions with five-minute red Arabic markers. Blued steel “double spade” hands. M. 28 mm (12’’’), maillechort, “fausses-côtes” decoration, 31 jewels, straight line lever escapement,cut-bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance-spring, repeating on gongs through activating slidein the band.Signed on dial, case and movement by the retailer, case punched with Patek Philippe trademark..Diam. 34 mm.
