So-called "Archetta" Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 834850, case No. 626267. Produced circa 1941. Extremely fine and rare, rectangular, rectangular-shaped, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch.

Champagne with painted bâton indexes, applied pinkgold dots and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds Pink gold "Bâton"hands. M. Cal. 9'''-90 stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, tonneau,rhodium-plated, "fausses-cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line leverescapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and5 positions, self-compensating Breguetbalance-spring, micrometer regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 20 x 39 mm.
