A.Kisseleff Was a close friend and adviser to Prince Orloff. He was a descendant of General Pavel Kisseleff, ambassador for the Russian Imperial Court in Paris, ruller for the foreign Russian policy in Europe and co-signor of the Traité de Neuchâtel.
