?Asymmetrical? Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve, No. 850793, case No. 617657. Made in 1938. Very fine and extremely rare 18K pink gold and white gold asymmetrical cuneiform driver's wristwatch. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
