Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 157131, case No. 267183. Made in 1910. Very fine and rare 18K gold keyless minute-repeating hunting-cased pocket watch with chronograph. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted wooden case, spare crystal in numbered paper, the origi-nal Patek Philippe Certificat d'Origine et de Garantie, and the Extract from the Archives.
C. Four-body, "bassine", heavy, polished, chronograph buttons in the band and crown. Hinged gold cuvette withengraved inscription. D. White enamel, radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track and extreme outer secondstrack divided into fifths of a second, Arabic five minute/seconds markers, subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands.M. 19''', rhodium-plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cutbimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer adjustment to theregulator, repeating on two gongs activated by a slide in the band.Dial, movement, case and cuvette signed.Diam. 56 mm.
