Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, No. 80190, case No. 208421, made for H. Pleister, 312 Regent Street, London, circa 1886. Very fine and unusual 18K pink gold, keyless watch with split second chronograph, instantaneous 30 minute recorder and 1/4 second Diablotine.

C. Four body, massive, "pomme et filets ", polished with milled bezels, the back engraved with a monogram. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph ring, sunk minute register and subsidiary foudroante. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 18"', nickel plated, 26 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Chronograph with visible work, operated from the winding crown the split seconds push piece in the band. Signed on the cuvette. Diam. 55 mm.
