Patek, Geneve, No. 157, circa 1850. Fine and unusual small 18K gold and enamel, diamond-set fob watch in a matching diamond-set fitted locket.

C. Four body, the blue flinque enamelled back panel inlaid with a rose-cut floral decoration. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border. Fitted locket with diamond-set bezel and rose-cut diamond set branches, the back decoration matching that of the watch. D. White enamel with Roman numerals. Blued-steel Breguet hands. M. 8 1/2 "' , gilt brass, bar calibre with going barrel, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring with regulator. Signed on the cuvette. Diam. 23 mm. Dim. of the locket: 65 x 34 mm.
