Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, No. 100282, case No. 212642, circa 1895. Very fine 18K gold keyless watch, in original fitted box, accompanied by a original letter from Patek Philippe, dated 24 November 1936.

C. Four body, massive "Renaissance", the bezels with floral and foliage decoration, the back panel decorated with a representation of "St George and the Dragon" and inside with a boat in the tempest. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the name of the first owner and the date: 1896. D. Silver, decorated en suite with blue Roman numerals on white enamel cartouches and outer white enamel minutes ring. Blued-steel "Louis XV" hands. M. 17''', gilt brass, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement "a moustaches", adjusted cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with Patek Philippe micrometric index patented on 13 January 1891. Signed on the cuvette and movement. Diam. 49 mm.
