Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, No. 112037, case No. 227169 made for L.H. Tuttle, Springfield Mass. (U.S.A.) circa 1929. Fine 18K gold minute repeating keyless watch, accompanied by the original certificate, in original mahogany fitted box.
C. Four body, massive, "pommes", polished. Hinged glared gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, red outer Arabic minutes ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued-steel "spade" hands. M. gilt brass, 31 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan-neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Signed on the dial and movement. Diam. 52 mm.
