Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No 804808, case No 289097, made in 1923 and sold on 30 April 1926. Extremely fine and rare, "carre galbe", 18K yellow gold and platinum gentleman's wristwatch with special lugs.

M. 10"' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 5 adjustments, Breguet balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 43 mm.
