Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No 804808, case No 289097, made in 1923 and sold on 30 April 1926. Extremely fine and rare, "carre galbe", 18K yellow gold and platinum gentleman's wristwatch with special lugs.
C. bi-colour, massive, polished, hinged back, fluted white and yellow gold mobile lugs. D. pink with radiumed Arabic numerals. "Skeleton" radiumed hands. M. 10"' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 5 adjustments, Breguet balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 43 mm. Accompanied by Extract from the Archives.
