Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 823403, made for the French market, 1930's. Extremely fine and rare, 18K white gold and sapphire, single hinged lady's bangle wristwatch with concealed dial.

C. the wristwatch is mounted in a wide, 18K white gold fluted bangle, set at both ends by a large cabochon sapphire. One of the two sapphires is the cover of the concealed watch opening by means of a push-piece, revealing the dial. D. matt silver with painted Arabic numerals and indexes. "Feuille " platinum hands. M. 10'" rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial and movement signed, stamped on the inside case. Diam. 22 mm. Bangle measuring approx. 19 mm.
